Privacy & personal data
How Stämkoll AB handles personal data when you contact us, represent a client or are involved in a client engagement.
Data controller
Stämkoll AB, Swedish company registration number 559420-6160, is the controller for processing where Stämkoll determines the purposes and means.
When you contact Stämkoll
We use the information you provide to handle your enquiry and respond. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company affiliation, enquiry category and message. Company name and phone number are optional in the contact form.
Do not use the general contact form to send personal identity numbers, identity documents, payroll records or sensitive personal data. Contact us first if you need to share this material.
Personal data we may process
Depending on the relationship, we may process names, contact details, company affiliations, correspondence, contractual and billing information, and information needed for customer due diligence and legal obligations.
Purposes and legal basis
Information may be processed to respond to enquiries, administer client relationships and engagements, invoice, carry out quality assurance, meet legal obligations and handle legal claims.
Processing on behalf of a client
In some accounting and payroll engagements, Stämkoll processes personal data on behalf of the client. The client is then generally the controller and Stämkoll the processor. This is governed by a data processing agreement and the client’s documented instructions.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability.
