Personal data is processed in enquiries, client administration and engagement records. We distinguish between processing for which Stämkoll is responsible and processing carried out on a client’s instructions.
How Stämkoll handles personal data →
Questions requiring other specialist expertise are clearly scoped and coordinated with a suitable external adviser, for example in legal, sustainability or other specialist areas depending on the needs of the engagement.
Stämkoll works systematically with sustainability matters in proportion to our size, impact and stakeholders.
Using ISO 26000 as guidance, we identify the issues that are most material to Stämkoll, our clients, partners and the wider society in which we operate. Our focus includes responsible governance and business ethics, privacy and information security, fair working conditions and inclusion, resource-efficient digital working practices and responsible partnerships.
We assess risks and opportunities, prioritise actions and set goals that can be followed up. The work can be structured through an ESG lens – environmental, social and governance – and linked to the UN Sustainable Development Goals most relevant to our activities.

We organise accounting records, reconciliations and supporting documents, and coordinate with the auditor. The independent audit is performed by the appointed auditor, not by Stämkoll.
