Terms & client information
The individual engagement agreement determines what applies to your assignment.
Engagement agreement
Before an ongoing engagement begins, we document the services, allocation of responsibilities, reporting, key dates and fee principles.
Reko and FAR
Accounting and payroll services use Reko, the Swedish standard for accounting and payroll services, as a basis for delivery. Where specified in the engagement agreement, FAR’s general terms for advisory and other services may also apply. The version identified in the agreement applies to that engagement.
Personal data
Processing on behalf of a client is governed by a data processing agreement and documented instructions.

Customer due diligence — why we ask questions
Accounting services are subject to anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing rules. We therefore need to identify the client, verify representatives’ authority and establish who ultimately owns or controls the business: its beneficial owners.
We also need to understand the business and the purpose of the engagement. The information required depends on the risk assessment and may need to be updated during the relationship. These questions are part of our obligations and do not, in themselves, mean that we suspect a client of wrongdoing.
County Administrative Board supervision
Stämkoll’s accounting practice is supervised by the County Administrative Board of Stockholm for compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.
Data protection is a separate area of supervision. Information about your rights and IMY is available in our privacy information.
